SECURITY DEPOSIT
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen. However to protect us against unacceptable damage and missing keys, a security deposit of GBP 250 per room is required.

If you book through Bookings dot com or AirBnB, they will hold your payment details on file and will charge you accordingly if a claim is made. No money will exchange hands.
​
If you book direct, we will charge your credit card £250 on arrival and refund your credit card on departure.
Please note: Damaged property, lost and unreturned keys will be reclaimed from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
